Are your staff background-checked?

Yes. Every caregiver undergoes police verification, reference checks from 2 prior employers, medical clearance, and a 2-week in-house training program.

What if we want to cancel?

All plans have a 14-day no-questions-asked refund. After that, cancel any month with 30 days notice. No exit penalties, ever.

Do you work with insurance?

Doctor visits, physio, and nursing are reimbursable under most Indian health insurance policies. We provide GST-compliant invoices and help you file claims.
